Dr. Jihad Al Wazir Governor of the Palestine Monetary Authority, lectured on Tuesday 10/06/2010 at Harvard University in the United States of America.

In his lecture, Dr. Wazir talked about the Palestinian experience in the area of central banking, the achievements of the Palestine Monetary Authority and the development of the banking system. Dr. Wazir presented an overview of the Strategic Transformation Plan that enabled the Monetary Authority to restructure its organization and recruit staff capable of developing and achieving under all circumstances.

He talked about the developments of the Palestinian economy in general and the challenges facing the economy in light of the occupation.
