Stressing upon transparency and strict adherence to law and regulations, the PMA has committed itself to submit all local and international tenders in newspapers as well as on their web-page. This would enable the largest possible number of respective parties of the bid to view and work with it as desired and as is consistent with the pre-conditions.

General Conditions of Tender:

"The general terms and conditions for tenders and bids are comprehensive and pertain to all bids and tenders regardless of their nature, and therefore it is necessary to review them for all tenders and bids and to adhere to what is contained therein. As for the special terms and conditions, they are included in the bid document itself. The legal reference for all procurements remain the approved manual of supplies, services and works; which can be obtained through the legislation / regulations page”
