Today, 08\08\2012 Ramallah- Palestine: Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA) issued a circular for all banks operating in Palestine, requested the non-deduction of any commission for the returned checks related to the accounts of public sector employees during the delay in salaries’ payment, except if the total value of returned checks during that period exceed their monthly salary.
