PMA Secures Entry of Cash in Shekels to Gaza Strip
PMA Governor Dr Jihad Al-Wazir announced that PMA efforts to disperse cash in Shekel to the Gaza Strip have been rewarded. Al Wazir added that, for some time now, the PMA has been devoting painstaking efforts to replace spoiled cash in shekels accumulated at operating banks in the Gaza Strip. Entry of cash will provide much-needed cash liquidity for resuming banking activity as usual and alleviating the suffering of the general public. The cash transfer was only achieved following tireless and concentrated endeavor.
