The Training Division in Palestine Monetary Authority had organized two workshops for PMA employees about Credit Risk Management, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Osama Naser- an International Expert, had lectured the Credit Risk Management course, on the other hand, Robert Tally from UK had lectured the IFRS course that had been supervised by Ernest & Young.

Mr. Najeh Hamamra- Head of the Training Division; pointed that "we put all our efforts to build relationships with the local and international professionals and experts in the field of Monetary and Finance from various parts of the world, in order to bring them to Palestine and to benefit and learn from their experiences.

It should be mentioned that more than 340 employees in PMA who are professionals and qualified, they continuously take training courses to be updated on the latest and modern international developments and techniques.

Therefore, the Training Division aims at qualifying a group of PMA employees to enable them to become trainers for the Banking System, and PMA staff.
