PMA Hosts Group of Women Entrepreneurs in Gaza

The PMA hosted a group of Women Entrepreneurs and businesswomen in Gaza. Mr Ayman Al-Minawi, the PMA Office Administrative Supervisor for Gaza, welcomed the ladies, describing the meeting as a special one in view of the significant role played by women entrepreneurs in the Palestinian society. 

Mr Hussain Zaqout, Customer Service Supervisor in Gaza, gave a presentation on the key goals and duties of the PMA and the Consumers’ Relations Department, which is part of the PMA Financial Stability Group. Mr Zaqout expounded the various systems operated by the public Consumer Reception Hall as well as the services on offer.

Afterwards, an introductory film on the PMA was shown. The ladies commended the seminar, since it focused on the women sector in the economy, which is an important component of the local Palestinian economy. They expressed their desire to attend other meetings in the future.
