The PMA and Civil Defense Discuss E-Payment Integration for Civil Defense Services

His Excellency the Governor of the Monetary Authority, Mr. Yahya Shunnar, met with the Director General of Civil Defense, Major General Al-Abed Ibrahim, to discuss mechanisms for integrating Civil Defense services into the electronic payment system. This initiative will enable individuals and institutions to pay service fees electronically via the E-SADAD platform, which is available on banking applications and digital wallets.

The Deputy Governor of the PMA, Mr. Mohammed Manasrah, Director General of the Palestinian Payment Services Company, Mr. Nader Al-Salhi, and technical teams from both sides participated in the meeting.

Both parties emphasized the importance of enhancing E-payment solutions in public service institutions, highlighting their role in accelerating response times, improving service efficiency, and facilitating payment processes for citizens and businesses.

In addition, they agreed to strengthen cooperation in security and public safety within the PMA by ensuring the implementation of safety standards in its facilities, creating a secure working environment in accordance with approved regulations.
