Mr. Arafat Asfour is a leading Palestinian business figure holding an M.A. in International Studies and a B.A. in Economics from Birzeit University. Since 2017, Mr. Asfour has served as Chairman for the Palestine Trade Centre (PalTrade). Asfour is a current partner and a board member of Al Carmel Hotel in Ramallah and has previously served as a partner and Member of the Board of Directors for Saraya real-estate Development Group (2011-2017). Mr. Asfour formerly assumed the role of partner and Executive Manager of (Omani Marble Company) in Nassar Group (2003-2017). Alongside his business engagements, Mr. Asfour has demonstrated notable contributions to the Palestinian community on a socio-economic level. He has served as a board member for Ma’an Development Centre between 1993 and 2002, in addition to being a board member in the Palestinian Food Association between 1996 and 2003.
