The agreement was signed at the PMA headquarters by Governor Yahya Shunnar and Jawwal CEO Abdulmajeed Melhem, in the presence of Deputy Governor Mohammed Manasrah, Jawwal Deputy CEO Ibrahim Kharman, and several senior executives from both parties.

The agreement focuses on connecting the PMA, banks, and financial institutions through primary and backup fiber-optic networks with high-speed connectivity, in addition to internet services and alternative site hosting both inside and outside Palestine.
